The terms that apply to appointments booked through this website and to use of the site.

Appointments
A request made through the booking calendar is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm every appointment personally by phone, WhatsApp or email. No payment is taken online.
Changes and cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to move or cancel an appointment, by calling +971 4 275 1571 or messaging +971 55 144 9411 and quoting your reference.
Assessment and suitability
Every treatment begins with an assessment. Cosmina will confirm whether a treatment is suitable for you and may recommend a different protocol. Results vary between individuals and depend on factors including lifestyle, health and the number of sessions completed.
Payment
Prices are quoted at the clinic after assessment. We accept card and cash, and instalment plans through Tabby and Tamara subject to their terms.
